Coach Doug Pederson stated that quarterback Lawrence is “trending in the right direction” to play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after the quarterback practiced on Friday for the first time this week. Later team announced on 23 December that Trevor Lawrence travels with team to Tampa for Week 16. The Jacksonville Jaguars have confirmed that quarterback Trevor Lawrence will start Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after clearing the NFL’s concussion protocol.

The ankle injury of Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill

Tyreek Hill NFL injury Update

Due to an ankle injury, Hill was unable to play in the Jets victory last week; however, he was able to resume practice at end of this week, which is encouraging for his availability on Sunday. The NFL’s top receiver hasn’t experienced any setbacks this week, according to Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel, and all indications point to his starting against the Dallas Cowboys. According to a source, the Dolphins are hopeful that wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who is classified as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys due to an ankle injury, will play. Before deciding on his status in the end, they reportedly only want to check in with him on Sunday to see how he is feeling.

Pittman, who was hit brutally by the Pittsburgh Steelers last week, cleared the concussion protocol on Friday. However, the Colts described his injury to his shoulder as the reason he was limited in Friday’s practice. Shane Steichen, the coach, was adamant that Pittman play on Sunday.

More regarding Michael Pittman, the wide receiver for the Colts, being sidelined following a recurrence of a concussion can be found on, as per Holder Stephen

QB Will Levis of the Tennessee Titans has an ankle injury.

Levis is dubious to play against the visiting Seattle Seahawks, according to Mike Vrabel. Levis was limited in his participation on Friday after missing the first two days of practice. Desmond King II’s sack of Levis during overtime of last week’s game against the Houston Texans caused the injury. According to Vrabel, Ryan Tannehill’s injury from the previous season is comparable to this one. If Levis is not able to play, Tannehill will get the start.

Shoulder Injury for Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco

Pacheco is expected to play after sitting out the last two contests. He endured off-season shoulder surgery and had a treatment to clear some debris. Against the Raiders, the Chiefs may be missing running back Jerick McKinnon and wide receiver Kadarius Toney due to hip injuries. On the first two practice days of the week, neither player was on the clock.

Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed suffered a toe and a chest injury.

He only needs one more reception to tie and two more to surpass the franchise record of 55 receptions by a rookie (established by Sterling Sharpe in 1988), which he now has at 54. However, Reed was marked as doubtful because he did not practice during the week. Christian Watson (hamstring) is also not anticipated to play for the Packers, and Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) is doubtful.

Las Vegas Raiders’ Josh Jacobs, RB, suffered a quad injury.

Though on a limited basis, Jacobs, who is averaging a career-low 3.5 yards per run, participated in practice on Friday for the first time since suffering an injury against the Minnesota Vikings on December 10. Nevertheless, Antonio Pierce, the Raiders’ acting coach, stated, “If I [were] a betting man, I would think he’d play this game.” Jacobs has run for 359 yards on 70 rushes (5.1 YPC) with three touchdowns in four career games at Arrowhead Stadium. He has also caught 12 passes for 93 yards.

The New England Patriots’ Hunter Henry, TE, and JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR
Ankle and knee injuries

Since joining the Patriots as a free agent in 2021, Henry has never missed a game. However, he may now have to do so after missing practices on Wednesday and Thursday due to a knee injury he suffered early in the fourth quarter of the team’s Week 15 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Henry appeared to be trying to push through practice on Friday as he tried to do a little bit more. Officially, he’s classified as dubious.

Smith-Schuster missed the Chiefs game after having his best performance of the season (four receptions, 90 yards) in the Week 14 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He hasn’t recovered enough to play Sunday night against the Denver Broncos. Smith-Schuster was declared out of the game later on Friday after missing practice.

The following three players are listed as unavailable for the Patriots’ game in Denver on Sunday night:RB with Ankle, Rhamondre Stevenson, WR Ankle, JuJu Smith-Schuster, S Hamstring, Jabrill Peppers

RB Alexander Mattison of the Minnesota Vikings has an ankle injury.

Friday marked Mattison’s first practice back after spraining his ankle two weeks prior. Though he didn’t get much playing time, Ty Chandler appears to be the Vikings’ starting tailback in Sunday’s crucial victory over the Detroit Lions. Coach Kevin O’Connell stated that a decision would not be made before Sunday morning, although it is possible that Mattison will be active and ready for usage as a backup. “We’ve kind of gone about it where it truly is likely to end up being very close to a game-time decision in that regard,” O’Connell stated. “We’ll adjust consequently, but expecting to have Alex.”

QB Zach Wilson of the New York Jets sustained a concussion.

Trevor Siemian will start for the Jets as their fourth different quarterback while Wilson remains in the concussion protocol. It will be his first start in the last six years and his first since the end of the previous season. With just two mop-up appearances, he hasn’t gotten much practice with the Jets starting lineup, so this could be problematic.

Baltimore Ravens wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr. and Zay Flowers
Foot injury: illness

Before making a comeback on Friday, Beckham missed the first two practices of the week. He appeared fine and even sidestepped a soccer ball. Beckham just finished one of his least memorable games. He was restricted to only 14 yards receiving last week in Jacksonville, which is his second-lowest total of the season. He ended the game with one catch and one drop. But in his prior three games, Beckham averaged 82.3 yards.

John Harbaugh, the coach of the Ravens, stated that Flowers’ status for Monday night is unconcerned. Flowers didn’t practice on Wednesday, but he came back on Thursday.

OT Tyron Smith of the Dallas Cowboys has a back injury

Smith’s ailment may cause him to miss his fourth game of the season. Smith is labeled as doubtful after suffering a back injury against Buffalo last week. He missed practice that week. Smith would be replaced by Chuma Edoga, who coach Mike McCarthy feels has improved during the season despite practicing more at tackle than guard. Zack Martin, the Cowboys offensive lineman with a quadriceps bruise who is rated as questionable, stated on Thursday that “it’s looking good for this weekend.” This may be a positive indicator for the player.

Atlanta Falcons’ David Onyemata, DT, suffered an ankle injury

Onyemata is officially doubtful once more despite practicing sparingly over the previous two days. Onyemata had a strong practice week, according to Falcons coach Arthur Smith, so if he can play, that will be a huge boost for the defense, which may face Indianapolis Colts starting running back Jonathan Taylor. Due to a back issue, Bud Dupree, one of the Falcons’ most important edge rushers, is also doubtful. Dupree and Onyemata did not play last week.

Cleveland Browns LB Anthony Walker Jr. suffered a knee injury

The defensive captain of the Browns is still dealing with a knee issue. With Walker out, Sione Takitaki will have more time.

Ian Thomas, tight end, Carolina Panthers Ankle injury

There are just two healthy TEs for Carolina, since their top blocking TE missed last week’s game due to injury. Thomas “should be good” for Sunday, according to interim coach Chris Tabor, which will probably be even more beneficial for a squad that plans to rely on running against a Green Bay defense that has had trouble stopping it.

Seahawks’ RB Kenneth Walker Shoulder Injury

Seahawks’ RB Kenneth Walker who was listed as questionable for Sunday night Football due to a shoulder injury, is expected to play vs. the Titans, per Adam Schefter https://x.com/AdamSchefter/status/1738782186881389049?s=20

After not playing the past two games due to his groin injury; Seahawks’ QB Geno Smith is off this week’s injury report and expected to start Sunday vs. the Titans.
